Vendor booths are open for business at Robie Park 10AM +/- on Friday of Ride Weekend and at the Gold Country Fairgrounds on Saturday and Sunday. WSTF coordinates vendor participation at both locations. If you are interested in being a Tevis Weekend Vendor, print and mail this form. Vendor applications must be received at least two weeks prior to Ride Weekend.

Lost & Found

The Tevis Cup ride cannot be responsible for the personal belongings of any participant or crewperson. Items left behind at the checkpoints will be collected by ride officials and may be claimed at the Fairgrounds "Red Barn" on Sunday of Ride Weekend. Items will be held at the Tevis Office thereafter. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity after 30 days.
